BI-LV2008 not work in USA but someone sold it to USA

Usually when I get an enquiry from US, I will tell the customers. Are you sure that you want to these Chinese phones as most of these Chinese phones do not work in countries like USA, Cananda and Bahamas because most Chinese phones frenquencies are GSM900/1800 but in USA, they need 850/900/1800/1900.

This morning, we got a phone call from America and the man who bought a BI-LV2008 blamely asked us why "YOUR" phone does not work in US.

Let me try to cleary something here.
Why this man asked this question for us was that he had thought that this BI-LV2008 was made by us and on the internet, he found us selling this model. But actually we, Babiken, is just a marketer for mobile phones.Please do remember that he bought this phone from somewhere where the seller ONLY SELLS and will not tell him the trueth. Even the buyer might never find the seller after he got the phone.

This reminds some cases. I remembered that we often received all kinds of questions from ladies and gentlemen, who bought Chinese phones but seemed that they could not find the seller; then they thought we Babiken are the makers of all the phones.

Please dear friends, remeber"WHEN YOU BUY THE CHINESE PHONE, MAKE SURE THE SELLER WILL STILL EXIT TOMORROW".
