Scam Alert to Our Old Customers from Babiken International, Inc. (A Former Worker Stole Our Customers’ Contacts).

Dear Customers,

You might have received a message from one of our former employees because he stole almost all of our old customers’ contacts when he left. One of my customers was already scammed by him (http://www.babiken.com/Scam.jpg check this for details). One of his tactics is that he tries to solicit orders by underquoting our old customers with very low prices but actually if or after you send a payment, he would never ship.

Babiken including its founder Jerry Liang is very sorry for this leak. If you receive any message like what I described, please DO BE ALERT FOR THIS.
If you have any enquiry, please check on the official Babiken website www.babiken.com or specifically http://www.babiken.com/contact.asp .

Best Regards,
Jerry Liang

Dual SIM Working at the same time TV FM MP3 MP4, 3 Times Optical Zoom Mobile Phone

I was not able to tell the new things for sometime because I was a little bit busy.
Sometimes it is really difficult for you to image poeple's imagination.
Two years ago, you could only find mp3 or mp4 in these Chinese phones. But later the bluetooth was added; and then camera, dual sim, NES game, tv, dual sim working simultaneously, FM, two memory card slots for memory expansion, zoomable lens camera. Till 2 months ago, all these functions scatter in different models and they are not in one phone. But now the amazing thing is that you can find all these functions in just one phone. One of the representive models is Babiken BI-T200+ ( or BI-D95).

Let's see the details of this T200 from Babiken.ocm .

Battery with one Chinese phone (W800 windows phone) burned

Yesterday I was shocked becasue my friend from Greece told that the Chinese phone W800 burned. He showed me the photo and it is crazy. I do aware and admit that sometimes the quality of some Chinese products is not good. Certainly Nokia batteries exploded and Sony laptop batteris burned, but still it is not acceptable and no excuse is allowed that Chinese phone battery should burn. Burning battery or explosion is a threat to human's lives.

Luckily of myself is that we never sold anyone of W800 to any of our customers. After I was informed of the burning, I took it down from our websit and the product list immediately. I do hope that customers from around the world would not be focusing on the price too much and the manufactuerers in China could be more responsible and value human being's lives. If you can not make something safe, please do not make just for the reason of money.

The feeling of being smeared

We try to be a reponsible business citizen with integrity but we are still being smeared. The below is the email I shoot to sulit.com.ph .

Dear Sir or Madam:

This is Jerry Liang, founder of Babiken.
Last year, we began to use your free ad service to promote our website www.babiken.com but later you categorized us as a scammer.
http://www.sulit.com.ph/index.php/view+classifieds/id/121205/Babiken+Real+Dual+SIM+TV+Mobile+Phone+(BI-N6198)
I appreciate your service and giving precaution for online users, but I do not hope that you jump the conclusion and judge us as a scammer when you do not have any proof.

I solemnly assert that Babiken is a responsible online business citizen before the God. We know there are scammers out there but we are not. We even help our customers to avoid being scammed online so I started my blog http://babiken.blogspot.com/ .

I was born not rich from a backward rural area in Hunnan China but with integrity and honesty. http://www.babiken.com/friends.asp .
It is no use I myself say all the story, please you can check our friends around the world, some of the contacts are here http://www.babiken.com/contact.asp and then you will hear what they will comment on Babiken.

Finally if you could find anyone on this planet scammed by us Babiken, we will stop our business immediately.

My request is that if you do not allow us to use your service, please delete our account with you and take crazy words on our ad pages away.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Jerry Liang

Most Typical Tactics used by Scammers

Almost every week, I would have one or two reports by new adders from skype or msn that he or she was scammed by someone. What is frustrating is that in most occasions the story is similar:

The seller says he or she has something like original Nokia N95, Apple Iphone at an unbelievable price. Due to this, a lot of buyers are lured into the trap. The buyers often think they get something very good but very cheap and feel good. But actually the seller would not ship or just ship something like a cloned one after the buyer makes the payment. After this happened, the buyers often could not have any remedy because the scam happened internationally.

(Remember if someone wants to buy "clone" for big brands, it is just a clone for the outside looking not the inside stuff like software and mainboard.)

To make you have an idea of price difference between clone products and the originals, let me show you an example---a copy N95 can be made at USD100, but the original costs here in China around USD700.
The scammers are 100% to be blamed but as I always said buyers’ greedy plays a role in this tragedy also.

My advice here is that “BE LOGICAL”. If someone sells original Nokia N95 at USD180, IT IS NOT LOGICAL and you have to be alert!

Here I share some links and it would be clearer from our dear customers:
